The HATC stands for High altitude training center and is founded by multiple world champion Lornah Kiplagat. It is a training center equipped with all the modern facilities needed for a successful training camp. The HATC is located in Iten, Kenya.

Iten is a town along the Elgeyo escarpment. The altitude of 2400 m. / 7900 ft. above sea level is ideal for high altitude training.
